Shipping Policy (UPS)

Orders are processed and shipped within 4–7 business days. All orders are shipped via UPS. Delivery dates provided by UPS are estimates and not guaranteed. Once the shipment is in UPS’s possession, we are not responsible for delays caused by UPS, including weather, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable for carrier-related delays.
